Dr. Sara Rahman
Dr. Sara Rahman is a general dentist practicing in Toronto, Canada. A member of the Academy of General Dentistry, she has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education in order to provide the best level of care for her patients. Dr. Rahman has also embarked on several journeys to remote indigenous communities in Northern Ontario and Guatemala to provide urgent dental care. She is passionate about innovating and finding ways to improve productivity in the dental practice.
Abdullah Aman
Abdullah is a Senior Full Stack Web Developer, Data Engineer, and Owner of Raw Axiom. With over 15 years of professional experience, he has extensive experience working in various industries and developing websites for major corporations including Rogers, Sportsnet, Weston Foods and Zwilling J.A. Henckels, and the Canadian Scholarship Trust Fund. Abdullah is passionate about solving real-world problems using the benefits of computer technology.
Our Story
In pursuit of starting her own practice, Dr. Rahman attended an Advanced Dental Start-Up Seminar in Texas where she learned that one of the first steps to starting a dental practice is completing a demographic analysis.
Upon returning to Canada however, Dr. Rahman found that identifying optimal practice locations was a challenge, because existing dental demographic solutions in Canada were still using postal code analysis – a much less accurate method compared to drive-time area analytics. Understanding the mounting benefits of quality demographics, Dr. Rahman partnered with Abdullah to design and build Canada’s first dental demographic platform that combines quality data and drive-time analytics. They did not realize at the time that their journey would lead them to develop a demographic solution not only for one dentist, but for dentists across Canada and North America.
And as they say, the rest is history!
